There are sessions that make an impression, not because they shine by their duration, but because they concentrate the very essence of what we are looking for at sea: the click, this suspended moment when the body, the wing and the water finally understand each other.

This week, I had the pleasure of accompanying Karlina, a student in a one-to-one private lesson. A determined, curious, and attentive young woman. In barely 5 hours of lessons, she reached the waterstart level. Yes, already. But let’s remain humble: kitesurfing is not a race, it’s a path, and each step forward calls for vigilance, patience, mastery.

️ Wind, two wings, two magic spots

We sailed between Bruinisse and Brouwersdam, two gems of the Dutch coast. Two playgrounds with changing moods, perfect for learning to dance with the elements.
Thanks to a North 9m² in the strong breezes, and a 13m² in the more timid breaths, Karlina was able to experiment with the variations in power and refine her feeling. No miracle here, but pedagogy, feeling, and above all a constant attention to safety, this founding value of each session at JAXSUN SPORTS.
