Never been on the snow before? Don’t panic!

This introduction to snowboarding aims for you to get your first thrills of boarding.
Equipment, security rules, (helmet, protection priorities) basic positions, warm-up, balance, exercises such as the ‘dead leaf’, controlled skid stops, slowing down. And to finish off, an introduction to backside and front side turns for the most gifted of you!
An Introductions which will make you want to continue and improve!

Mod II EVEREST 1H ADVANCED LESSON ( 3 PUPILS MAX)

The board, the snow, the mountains – you already knows what it’s all about and already has some experience of snowboarding but you want to improve and become a professional boarder.
How to start a quick tight turn (backside & front side), avoid the wrong rotations, positioning of the shoulders and the knees in order to give you more style and liberty with your movements, anticipation, switch, tail and nose turns, helicopter, 180° etc.

You’re addicted to danger and extreme thrills!
Perfecting all different types of turns: flexing, extension, propulsion, how and when to start them!
Jump, rails, snowpark, halfpipe, 180°, 360°, backflip, rodeo, grabs etc.

All our lessons include equipment hire.
Wearing a helmet is obligatory throughout the lesson duration.
